City Events + Open Rewards points

Official City event tickets earn Open Rewards points. Points can be added to your Lancaster Open Rewards wallet and used later at participating businesses throughout the city.

How it works:

  1. Find an upcoming City event you'd like to attend.
  2. After you purchase your ticket, select claim in the Open Rewards app main menu and upload a photo of your receipt.
  3. Earn points back to redeem at local shops and restaurants.
