Located at 42705 8th Street West in Lancaster, Bravery Brewing has grown into a beloved local gathering place for craft beer fans, families, friends, visitors, and community members across the Antelope Valley. Bravery Brewing began from a passion for brewing beer that started with homebrewing and continued to grow through hands on experience in the craft beer industry. After working in film and television studios, founder and owner Brian Avery went on to work at a brewery in Orange County, an experience that helped confirm brewing was the path he wanted to pursue.
Bravery Brewing holds a special place in Lancaster’s business community as the first production brewery in the City of Lancaster. As a new kind of business for the city at the time, its opening was a unique and rewarding learning experience for both Bravery Brewing and the City of Lancaster.
Today, Bravery Brewing is known for adventurous, well crafted beer, a welcoming taproom, and a strong commitment to community. Guests can enjoy a wide variety of craft beers, including Allegiance IPA, the brewery’s flagship and highest selling beer. Bravery is also known for bigger, stronger dark beers, while also offering lighter selections such as CERVEZA ALTA, the official craft beer created in partnership with Lancaster AV ALTA. CERVEZA ALTA is a lighter, approachable beer that guests can enjoy both at the brewery and at the stadium during games.
Bravery Brewing is also home to Bravery Pizza, adding a food experience that makes the taproom a comfortable place to gather, celebrate, and spend time with others. One featured favorite is the Pig and the Pineapple pizza, a flavorful combination that pairs the bright acidity of pineapple with the salty, savory flavor of prosciutto. For guests enjoying this pizza, Bravery recommends pairing it with CERVEZA ALTA for a lighter, refreshing match.
More than just a brewery, Bravery Brewing has become a true community hub in Lancaster. The business embraces the traditional meaning of a pub as a “public house,” a place where people come together to connect, catch up, celebrate, relax, and feel welcome.
